Before participating, all athletes must also fill out the physical clearance form
here and submit it at https://www.homecampus.com/login.
Our entire program is funded by donations and fundraisers and can not exist without them. Those who make the team will be asked to donate $600 for Varsity players and $500 for all other teams. Your tax deductible donation will help pay for the coaching staff, uniforms, equipment, tournament fees, end of season banquet and so much more.
